My agency consultants work to extremely high standards aiming to safeguard the well-being and happiness of your children; conducting extensive face-to-face interviews with every nanny we register and meticulously checking their CV, employment histories & references. Many of the nannies we are currently placing we have known since the 1990s.
For every parent who opts to use a well known Agency to find a Nanny there will be another who has tried advertising direct – whether that be in the local paper or, as we are seeing more and more, online on a specialised Nanny or childcare web site. Obviously initially it’s more expensive to use an Agency than to pop your own advert online. So why should you still use Little Masters and Misses?
The main reason is that families who don’t use an Agency generally pay over the odds in the long term. Our research shows they pay an average of £1 more in terms of hourly rate. We were the first nanny agency to set up in 1998 our own British Red First Aid nanny training course and assist with Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks.
