Little Masters and Misses was established in 1985 and is one of the few established agencies that has remained committed to specialising in the placement of only daily nannies.  We will not offer you day nursery, mother's help or housekeeping posts.  We have a fantastic range of full time, part time, temporary and permanent nanny posts throughout Kent and Surrey and new jobs come in weekly .

The agency role is to advise and assess the individual personal needs of both the client and nanny so we can introduce you to the right employer. Having been a nanny myself for eight years, I experienced and understand the issues that are important to you. In addition, consultants connected to the agency are mothers and employers of nannies themselves. Many of our nannies have been placed through the agency since the 1990s and they tell us that we are they only agency they need to register with because of the service we offer.  This means that Little Masters & Misses will provide you with a full and professional office service.

Agency Code of Practice to Nannies:        

• A full and comprehensive interview.  To ensure you leave our office totally assured and happy that we will do our utmost to help you.
• Weekly contact with you to check jobs until you have gained employ.
• Realistic and up to date  advice on salary recommendations .
• The agency will aim to protect your interests to gain the most  fair employment contract  and salary terms possible. 
• The opportunity of a place on Little Masters and Misses ‘nanny only’ Saturday First Aid course run by the British Red Cross, Croydon since 1998.
• Advice about the Childcare Approval Scheme (Government Nanny Register - cost £96 per year).  We are finding that many parents are now insisting that a nanny is registered so they can claim back tax credits or use childcare vouchers valued from £50 to £300 per week gross.
• We can introduce you to a specialist Nanny Insurance Company.
• Summer and Winter newsletters to keep you informed of nanny industry developments ,nanny morning and special agency organised events.
• A year round nanny advisory service.  With 20 years experience of running an agency  there are not many situations that I’ve not encountered and I‘m on hand to provide ongoing help & advice. 
• Babysitting Service.  We can offer you two evenings per week (to include one Saturday per month) with up to £6.50 per hour extra earnings. (see our babysitting page)
