We appreciate that you may well want to maximise your chances of gaining employment by registering with more than one agency and it is sensible to do so. 

As you can see, at Little Masters and Misses we take the registration process very seriously and we would urge you to be wary of agencies that do not take the same approach.  Specifically, any agency that offers to register you via phone or just a brief meeting without conducting an appropriate interview should be avoided, as should those that allow you to go and meet familes when they have not met and interviewed you themselves.

So, do you meet the following criteria:

• Can you guarantee your constant nanny professionalism and reliability ?
• Do you have a genuine love of children that is reflected in references?
• Are you over 18, with childcare qualifications?
• If you are unqualified, have you worked as a Nanny in the UK for 2 years with at least one family for a minimum of 12 months , with 2 years of references that the agency can verify.
• Most employers request a total non-smoker
• Are you willing to do a CRB check and uptodate First Aid certificate?
