Short breaks and midweek breaks run from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday. Week breaks are available on Fridays or Mondays.

Availability
Once you have chosen your dates, please contact us by email or phone to check availability.
Once we have confirmed your dates are free, please take a moment to read ‘General Information’ and the ‘Terms and Conditions’ then please post us the booking form with the deposit or full payment.
We will then send you confirmation on receipt.
Arrival and departure:
The cottage will be ready for your arrival from 4pm onwards.
Please vacate the cottage by 10am on your departure date, as we need the time to prepare for our new guests.
Payment:
On the confirmation of your booking we ask you for 25% of the tariff as a deposit and the final balance will be required in full,12 weeks prior to arrival..
A refundable £100 cash housekeeping deposit is required with final payment which will be returned in full within 7 days of you leaving the house. This will only be used in the unlikely event of the house needing extra cleaning or to cover damage/ breakages.
Payment /deposits are non refundable although we will always try to help you swap your dates if there is availability. We advice you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation.
