It is a 40 minute drive to the Roman town of Chester, with great shopping and night life (not to mention a great Zoo) and 40 minutes to Llandudno with its traditional promenade and long stretches of sandy beach.
Snowdonia and Portmerion are also fantastic for day trips from No 20 Ruthin.
