It is an environment in which excellent care, support and encouragement help individuals achieve their personal best quality of life within the limits of their mental or physical health.  Staff form a close-knit team whose expertise, commitment and enthusiasm help residents to maintain their interests for as long as possible

At Sydenhurst we recognise that both the individual and the family need to be supported.  Each resident has their own Key Worker to provide a single point of contact for families and residents, to respond quickly to any special requests or to simply be there to talk things through.

Sydenhurst is proud of its ability to embrace cultural diversity which creates a stimulating environment where both residents and staff are open to trying new things  – and finding they like them.  Music, food, interests.   It also doubles the number of special celebrations we have in the year!
